    • laser and inkjet style computer cheques for ANY accounting software packages, such as Quicken, QuickBooks, Simply Accounting etc
    • manual cheques (1 or 2 on a page)
    • continuous cheques or tractor feed or dot matrix printers and for ANY accounting software packages, such as Quicken, QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, etc.

    Do you offer the wallet size/style cheques?
    No. We only print business size cheques

    Do you print duplicate (carbonless or two-part) cheques?
    Yes, we print continuous cheques in single, duplicate or triplicate

    Do you print logos on your cheques?
    Yes, we print them FREE! The print quality of a logo will only be as good as the original artwork we receive.

    How do I place an order?
    Take a void cheque and all your company and banking information to your printer.

    What if I don’t know the software name?
    Take a current cheque (with stub) or a print out from your accounting software to your printer.

    Do I need to attach a voided cheque?
    Yes. If this is a new order or the bank information has changed.

    What if I don’t have a voided cheque, or I want cheques for a new account?
    The bank should supply you with an encoded cheque or a spec sheet. We can get all required bank information from this form.

    If I use Quickbooks, should I order 1 or 3 per page?
    Most businesses use 1 per page for payroll and accounts payable. Quickbooks software offers 1 or 3 cheques per page.

    What security features do you offer on your cheques?

    We print all our cheques on security paper at no extra cost. This stock is suitable for all business cheques. For all laser cheques it is critical that they be:

    • Copy-resistant – generally with invisible fluorescent fibres (visible only with a black light).
    • Alteration resistant – chemically sensitive to both low and high polarity solvents, and oxidants
    • TonerFuse II coating anchors the dry toner images to resist scraping or alteration by tape pulling. Delamination will be evident.
    • Minimum 25# paper should be used, with UV Dull image and feature compatible
    • Have microprint borders (tiny font that cannot be photocopied)

    Can I have a different colour background?
    All forms are available as a custom order, whether its special colours, phantoms, special fonts etc. Upcharges will apply.

    What other features do you offer?
    We can customize any order with special colours, phantoms etc.

    How many lines of text do I have for the name/address block?
    You can have up to 5 lines of text in your name/address block.

    What if I have some additional questions? How do I speak to someone?
